David Gasper is a serial software entrepreneur. He has started multiple software companies and advises high technology companies via consulting or serving on advisory boards.

He created a consumer application, called PicsMatch, for consumers who wish to use facial recognition to better tag, organize and locate their photos on their personal computer. He transferred facial recognition technology from government and security applications to a consumer software product. He has become facial recognition technologies expert for the consumer photo management industry.

Solving unique problems is nothing new to Mr. Gasper. He founded Gasper Corporation to help banks solve the problems of monitoring the availability Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs). In 1999, he sold Gasper Corporation to NCR Corporation. At the time of the sale, Gasper Corporation was the world leader in availability management software for ATMs.

Mr. Gasper's background in software development and operations research give him the skills to bring innovative solutions to desktop photo management and ATM availability management. He is the co-inventor of a patent in ATM replenishment.

David Gasper has a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Business Analysis (QBA) from Wright State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton. Ernst and Young named him “1998 Entrepreneur of the Year” (high technology category) in Dayton, Ohio.

David has been very active in Entrepreneur activities including:

• Former member of State of Ohio’s Third Frontier Advisory Board (program to increase high technology jobs in Ohio)
• President of a private placement venture capital fund
• Advisory Board member of several privately held high technology businesses
